We had Colorado Roof Toppers install a new roof on our rental. They are very professional with excellent communication! We are very pleased with the results. The roof looks great! They gave me a time frame for completion and they finished in that exact time! They are a husband and wife team that work wonderfully together! We had a lot of confidence in them from the beginning because they are honest and very knowledgeable in their field. They crew is very respectful and the clean up was awesome! Vic - Longmont, CO
I found Colorado RoofToppers on the Better Business Bureau website and I made an appointment for an appraisal because of their excellent reviews. I also got appraisals from two other roofers, who sent folks whose only job is appraisal and took a day or two to get back to me just to make the appointment. Roof Toppers is a husband and wife team and the owner himself returned my call right away and came out the next day. Their bid was the lowest and he was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how quick they answered all my questions via email. From 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. I got answers within an hour. The best part was that my roof was done in less than 3 hours and they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived!
Randy - Longmont, CO

Great Professional Service!
A well flashed chimney is a thing of beauty when a roof is being installed. Okay, so most people might not think so, but... Our crew did a really nice job roofing the cricket for this chimney and installing counter flashing to make sure this chimney in Longmont is properly flashed. The shingles you see here are CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant shingles in the color Max Def Pewter.
It's never what we want to see when we tear off a roof, but it happens as homes age. The plywood in a few areas on this roof in Longmont is beginning to delaminate. There are several factors that can cause this - bad ventilation, two many layers of roofing, etc. The crew is replacing the plywood in this area so that when they install the new shingles, the nails will have a solid surface to go into.
View from the roof the crew just finished yesterday in Longmont. The shingles are CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant hail shingles in the color Max Def Pewter. This customer chose to have us install ridge vent, which you can see well here. It is a much better alternative for ventilation a roof compared to slant back or turtle vents.
View from the roof - this roof in Longmont is just being finished up. I really appreciate our crew and their willingness to do what they do. It looks like a long way down! The shingles here are CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant Hail Shingles, in the color Burnt Sienna.
As part of every roof we install, if there are existing skylights on the roof, the crew re-flashes the skylights to ensure there will not be leaks around the skylight. The crew in this shot is on a roof in Longmont where we installed CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant Shingles, re-flashing a tube skylight.
We include a magnetic yard clean up with every roof we install. Know though, that there are 10,000 nails in a roof. We might miss a few - 10,000 is a lot and it is VERY hard to get every single one. Here one of our crew members is cleaning up a yard in Longmont.
This is a nice close up look at a roof in progress north of Longmont - almost done, with clean up just needing to be finished. We installed new gutters for this customer and CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant Shingles in the color Burnt Sienna.
Max Def Burnt Sienna is the shingle color of this CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant roof we just installed. This roof is not quite finished - the crew was finishing up painting flashings and vents when this picture was taken. But it looks really nice thus far!
Do you have hail damage? This heater cap on a home in Longmont has the tell tale signs of hail damage. If your incident date from one of last year's hail storms is coming up, you want to make sure you get on someone's schedule soon. We are going to be getting real busy soon here.
This about sums up roofing the last few weeks - waiting for the snow to melt. This home in Longmont though was ready and well protected from all the snow. We installed a CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant shingle on this roof. The color of the shingles are Pewter.
